I decided my world need a creator type. They will be known as the Grand Crafters Counsel I haven't settled on how many will be part of it yet, but Kiiyandira is the Head of it.

Kiiyan is the Third Grand Crafter, no one on the counsel seems to know exactly where she came from but they dont seem to bothered by that. She is thought to be the most powerful of all the grand crafters. She is a bit of a mystery and does not behave in an arrogant way as others have. She very rarely speaks, her eyes often get the point across.
