So, this is the first scary pic I have made and this one is a redesign concept art for my friend, .
He makes DC redesigns set on his own universe, 'Earth 101' and makes fantastic story ideas for them that I somewhat consider it an 'Ultimate DC'.
However, he has his own original projects that should equally be given love and attentio too like his 'Powerverse' (a shared universe of superheroes) and 'The Holwers' (a series about a vampire hunter and her friends).

Anyway, the story behind the creation of this is that we once talked about DC redesigns with him via notes and I showed him some of mine, including my failed 'DC Sensationals' ideas, and when I talked about how difficult it was to come up with something new for the Joker that hasn't been done before, he agreed.
The next time I spoke to him, I got curious if he has Joker and Harley ideas I will not spoil, but I will tell you he imagined a 'creepy clown' thing similar to Pennywise or something like that unless it's the usual 'purple suit' idea. After showing him google images of medieval jesters and clowns in the hopes of helping him get inspired, I offered to draw concept art for him. At first, I was unsure if it'll happen, and I would respect that, but he agreed to let me do it, and so here we are. My concept art for a Earth 101 Joker to go up against his Batman.

My inspirations for this are Pennywise from IT, The Joaquin Phoenix Joker, the Joker from the final episode of Gotham, medieval jester/clown suits, The New Batman Adventures Joker and the Earth One Joker.

Not sure if it'll aliegn with his vision, so we'll just find out.
