Yes, sometimes I use Photoshop CS, even if normally I adjust photos with Corel Photo Paint

okay let's teach about that tone,
It's so simple I just make a new layer and filled it with a light orange then change blending mode to screen and opacity to the degree I want,
and sometime I add another filled layer with dark blue and change blending mode to screen and opacity to 20 or less that gives the dark or black areas a slight tone of blue.
