She's Hama, the OC genie of Teebsy-86 and Tirquaz !
To draw Hama properly I agreed to hear her story:
"As a human girl, Hama was a university student of architecture in the fictional Middle-Eastern nation of Azuljubai (an island nation in the Red Sea) - she wants to create stuff that helps and beautifies the world, but is very withdrawn and socially awkward as a result of being orphaned. She struggled to make friends and was constantly dealing with bouts of anxiety and depression, but underneath all that was a gentle and kind-hearted person.
Becoming a powerful and immortal genie stripped all those fears and anxieties away as part of her transformation - she now knows herself intimately and has been set beyond any fears and doubts she had previously - plus she now has the power to play architect with the universe! It's basically allowed her innermost self to come forward, and while Hama acknowledges that part of this is due to her having undergone mental rewiring/conditioning as part of her transformation, she accepts that and is comfortable with it... though of course, that might be because her transformation forces her to accept it. Either way, she's happier as a genie than she ever was as a person.
At this point in her genie life, Hama is confident, enthusiastic and eager to grant wishes and make people's lives better - her past experiences have made her very empathetic to the pain and suffering of others, and so she very much desires to use her immense magic to improve the world one wish at a time.
Crucially, Hama's concept plays around with the classic genie master/slave dynamic - while she is compelled to grant wishes (and will do so happily) for the master of her lamp, her relationship with that master is more complicated. She's not here to just grant three wishes and then vanish - her connection to a master is a lifetime one (or until the master decides to dismiss her from their service), and so she sees herself as a guide and servant rather than a slave there to provide instant gratification. While she has to grant 'almost' any wish demanded of her, she's not above using magic on her master to ensure they don't go mad with power - be it through actively using it to teach a lesson or illustrate a point or through a kind of subtle hypnotic charm or 'influence'. Plus, if she feels they are making wishes or giving orders contrary to the 'spirit' of the agreement by which she serves, then she can BREAK her 'contract' and revoke her service - freeing herself from this master and allowing her to pass judgement on them."

So I imagined drawing her as truly happy and understanding of herself, finally loving her inner self with all her fragilities but also free to spread her powers to help others.
