Description

Inspired by reflexology, I drew around my foot and added a butterfly where the little toe would be due to having a broken toenail and it grew back ascrew, so the eye of the butterfly is the toenail. The dragonfly is where the biggest toe would be and the dragonfly and butterfly represents the peace of life itself, where new life can be gained from sorrow and pain, no matter how much memory of a illness there can be. In inspiration of reflexology, a heart has been added near the dragonfly. My support worker and friend gave the idea for the title of this piece.
