You seem to have liked the stained glass from my previous painting :
So I quickly made a step by step of how to make it, it's rather easy to make, randome straight lines flled with colors, fill the shape with the texture, once done copy the texture and rotate it, apply overlay to this layer ( incrustation of PS ). I personally like to blur the shape a bit once I'm done with the texture, then add whatever effects you want and you're done

Ps : You can also use this texture for precious stones !
