The Emissary is God-Emperor of Univerziens and one of the nine showrunners. They are the zenith of Univerziens and exhibit bizarre characteristics and abilities. Each emissary has a different title, this one has yet to gain one due to their recent ascension. Their rather generic appearance compared to other Univerziens has made pinpointing their identity very difficult.
