A gemstone-themed dragon requested by a friend, ehhhhhhhh, like three billion years ago? Have been working on it on and off for the better part of a year whenever I have a little spare time (which is rarely). I kind of imagined him being the moon. Or something. ._.
Apparently I'm into the misty-starry thing right now, lol.

Originally he had glowing turquoise tusks that curved up over his lips, but I didn't really like them. If his mouth looks a bit funny, it's cause I couldn't be bothered to fix the lines properly after getting halfway done coloring him. XD
