Many airfarer songs promoted coming home with the sun setting, to wake up home as if the travels had been dreams. Naturally, the market vendors preferred them coming home early in the morning with fresh wares. Kids didn't care either way as long as they got to be there, get the first treats and gifts, and hear the newest stories.
