Hot damn, I love this drawing. O,O
The hair looks thick and rough and makes me think of fire.
I have a shaman-like character myself and the skull here really helped me draw my own.
I love the angry look the skull seems to have.
And I love how pale the shaman is.

uhh..I have no idea...I started drawink a wolf skull or something...but it just morphed into a mask I was in school while drawing it, so I had no reference....lets say it's a mutant skull xD
