The Dusty scarred world of Tau Ceti (Beta) is barren and burnt by the binary stars. Every ten years it is hit by extinction-event category meteors. Only the hardiest of lifeforms survive, each in their own specialized way. Humanity is no exception and has retreated far into the highlands beneath kinetic shielding to protect themselves. Only the crazy or foolishly brave venture onto the sands, and yet beneath the folds of the land lies hundreds of dead ships and treasure troves waiting for the right person to find them.
