Well, I love to give lot of liberty for that lol You can choose anything with those littles restrictions : herbivore or marine carnivore ( like seal ), vulnerable to extinct, mammal, any size, weird and original animal preferred 
And if you like the experience, sometime I do ArKive random exchange, it's fun and sooooo random. You can put restriction like I do, you choose a number of animals and you go on Arkive, click on "Inspire Me" and take the first animals that match with the restrictions. That's how I get gemsbok, iberian lynx, marine otter, etc
