you sure MS paint, cause from i remember MS paint is pixles that don't come off so smoothe o: and rotating in it's a bitch since it tend to pixilies more o:

design wise i think he's abit to simple, like an alternative colour to teddiursa x: but for a fakedex here there is no other teddies he's nice X3
