Serpecidus's Phoenixdex Entry

Those of you who saw my (ugh really bad) Sugimori-style tutorial have probably already seen this pretty birdy before—Serpecidus was what I chose to color and shade for that.

Serpecidus patrol the tall grasses of their territories, searching for intruders or prey. They have strong legs and, somewhat unusually for a bird Pokémon, learn a variety of powerful kicking and stomping techniques. A single stomp is usually all it takes to subdue the Pokémon it likes to eat.

The ability "Overzealous" gives moves that already have a chance of causing flinching (like Rock Slide, Bite and Needle Arm, as well as one of the new moves the Quilittle line gets, Beak Smash) an additional 20% chance (added, not multiplied) to make the opponent flinch. In other words, Rock Slide's 30% flinch chance becomes a 50% flinch chance if the Rock Slide user has Overzealous.
