"a tea for 2"The picture was taken somewhere in a town of Italy in a small violin shop of a violin maker named Carla. The photo was taken by Professor Aldo, a teacher from School of Children who visited her that afternoon, that has interest with violins and a crush of her. Prof. Aldo took this photo, while she was making some tea for them and he happened to capture the moment of frolan (the cat) looking curiously at the pigeon using his Leica 35mm M Summicron. It was a fine afternoon to end it with a tea for two...

Astounding. I thought I was looking at a photograph, but the cat gave it away - she looks too streamlined and clean, even for a cat. I applaud you though on the wonderful clutter! The whole looks amazing; the wonderful light and colours make me want to be there in that comfortable nook.
Some other things that I'm catching just now:
The bass leanign against the workbench is the size of a cello, and the cello lying on its side on the little cabinet looks to somewhat inbetween the size of a viola and a mini cello. Also, the texture on the wooden column at the bottom of the stairs doesn't do it for me, at least not on the sphere top it doesn't.
But yet again, it's a splendid piece of work, and the Daily Deviation is definitely well-earned!

The lighting looks a bit flat in some places, maybe because of some missing Specular / Reflections ?

This is truly extraordinary. Love the backstory. . . and the detailed realism of the image had me checking to make sure this delectable piece of deviance was not in a 'photography' category.

This is a fantastic work, with all the incredible detail. Everything is arranged very naturally, and I like the addition of the pinboard with articles pinned to it, as well as the jigsaw(?) on the workbench to the right.
The instrument leaning on the table is a double bass, but compared with the violins hanging on the wall seems to be about the size of a cello, and the cello on its side at the back is again too small for a full-sized cello. Apart from that, I love every aspect of this work: the atmosphere, there detail, the composition.
