Eugen looked up to Klingsor. The stallion seemed calm and enjoyed the medieval athmosphere, even though he did not need to be around humans all the time, he seemed to like the idea of being with them every now and then. After Scar had told them, that the Hototo felt okay with the idea of riding him in the Knight's tournament, HS had been glad to carry him to their friends at Manticulâtor Stables.
Viktor and Lennard helped Eugen to mount the huge stallion, while Klingsor waited for his run. Then he started to walk and Eugen looked down on his friends.
„Bet that'll be a great fun. We enjoyed the training so much! And I guess he knows some clever tricks, so no worries!“, he grinned and then stroked the thick neck of the Hototo, that gave a content snort.
When they entered the arena, the audience seemed to become pretty silent. It was always an amazing moment, to see one of these giant drafts and Klingsor presented himself as a very wise and friendly horse, even if he wore medieval clothes. Eugen smiled under his helmet.
„Are you ready, my friend?“, he asked the stallion, that played with his ears and snorted again.
When the huge white body, which was covered in green velvet, started to move forward, the earth was shaking. After a short trot, he started to canter, moving very classy.

„I think dressage is more what he likes...“, Eugen smiled sadky, when they reached the HS staff after they had finished their turn. „I don't think, that he fought with his heart. But it was a pleasure to ride him in this competition, he knows about the consequences of every step he takes, it seemes, like he'd never make a wrong one...“
Sam smiled and nodded. She was already dressed in her costume for the open show.
„Maybe he knows these steps by heart, because he already learned them so many years ago...“, she stated. „And I think he enjoys dressage and show more, because he knows the war better than we all do...“
Next to them, Scar and Melody arrived, Scar looking grumpy, because Viktor would ride him in the costume show.
„He knows, that this is just a game and not a war... We both do...“, the dark voice of Scar appeared in their heads and Sam smiled at the black Nightmare, while Eugen sighed. He would never understand, that a horse could speak to them, even if they had 3 talking horses at HS, now, that Tibia was born.
„Anyway, I wonder, what you expected him to do? Aren't we too old, to jump around like all of these young fellows? He's acting like an old man like him should, with pride and self-confidence, he doesn't have to be afraid of any of these greendhorns, how could any of you biped teach ANY horse about medieval times, when none of you had been there...“
Eugen shrugged. „So you think he enjoyed it? I was afraid, that he might be tired of playing war...“, he asked and looked at the one-eyed stallion, that raised his head and gave an amused snort.
„Hah! Sure he enjoyed. Every old man likes to talk about ancient times. And if he can show you little beginners, how we did it back then, that's even better!“

Of course we also brought Klingsor with us, he and Scar know best about these times
Had a lot of fun doing this, I really like klingsors pose and the background xD
Oh btw, yupp, he's that big, he's almost 200cm high!
