Many thanks Doug! It's fun to go through my old shots and mess with them, especially when I know I won't be heading out for awhile

really liking the revisions Paul! just need to be weary of the blowout spots. pretty sure you are using hue/saturation for the color, but what are you using for the highlights?

Thanks Addam! Your right about the color. On this particular one I didn't touch the highlights part, but this was only the second one that I did. On a couple of shots that I have played with it I adjusted the darken highlights slider and the midtone contrast but with mixed results. On some the water became grayish and I couldn't get a good balance. I'm going to post a non HDR of the rockwell falls shot I just posted where I adjusted both the midtone and the darken highlights and I feel like it turned out good. Thanks for the suggestions and feel free to throw me any pointers on how to fix certain things

yeah, playing with the highlights of the water is definitely touchy. coming along fast and nicely though, not to many pointers besides that, just a lot of trial and error
for rockwell, such a gorgeous place

I like it, this really brings justice to the great composition and exposure to this shot.

Also, this is all up to personal opinion. But something you might try is leaving just a hint of the blue.
Not insane amounts like your original picture, but enough that the water still has that blue accent.

The exact amount of course is up to personal opinion.

Great edit though.
