This is my watercolour piece of the colours of Australian summer season.

As many of you might have heard, we are battling a particularly difficult summer here in Australia, with a very large and unprecedented scale of bush fire that has been burning since October last year. The size is overwhelming, around 6 times larger than the California fires in 2018, or twice as large as the Siberian fire last year. More than 1 billion animals have perished in the fire, and more than 300 million tonnes of CO2 has been released into the atmosphere, 25 lives have been lost, and.... the fire is still burning.

If you can help, please do, every little bit helps, no matter how small! Myself, I am working on a short series of artworks that will be released next week or so, to help raise awareness and to raise some donations. It will be a bit of a grim series, but I think the situation IS grim and we need to acknowledge that it will only get worse if we choose not to do anything about our future.
