I just got myself a drawing display (UGEE HK1560), and to try it out I colored a drawing of my PokΓ©mon Sun team. Oh gosh, I love this screen! Also trying out cell shading. I don't think I've done that properly before?My newest set of precious murder machines. I would have wanted to include their pokeballs in this somehow too (each of them has a unique ball) but I had totally forgotten it by the time I drew this, so eh.
Anyway, introducing:
Stormsinger
Primarina, rash/capable of taking hits, male, normal pokeball
Hilla
Alolan exeggutor, lonely/takes plenty of siestas, female, dusk ball
Carmen
Oricorio, sassy/likes to fight, female, heal ball
Kaino
Mudsdale, bashful/likes to relax, female, premiere ball
Gertrude
Alolan muk, impish/scatters things often, female, ultra ball
Josefina
Alolan graveler, lonely/takes plenty of siestas, female, quick ball

This thing responds to the lightest of touches. Actually now that I think about it, I haven't had many cases of the problem I had with my Wacom Intuos Pen that would end some of my strokes with a weird tail or droplet shape, so this might be actually better than Wacom. So far it feels nice and smooth, and I didn't even need to fiddle with pressure sensitivity settings at all to have it obey my wishes. I originally picked mine because it was cheap (mine cost about 310β¬ plus shipping brand new, I know Cintiq's price tags are in the thousands) but I don't really have any complaints about performance so far. Unlike Wacom's, UGEE's pens need recharging, though, but it doesn't really affect how the pen feels, you just need to plug them in every once in a while (there's also two of the pens in the package, each with their own charger cords, so swapping out when one pen runs out of power won't be an issue). Haven't yet found out how long one pen can run on one charging, but so far it's been a day and there's no issues yet.
I have only had this thing for less than two days, though, but so far so good!

Ok, sounds cool! I've been drooling over those cintiqs but they're way too pricey for me atm. But maybe I'll ask you later again how the drawing display works and so on and maybe then I could start to look my own. I would be a nice christmas present.

The way you draw Primarina is awesome, it is the closest to a gender neutral one I have seen. Obviously because of the feminine design I think it is difficult to achieve but really appreciate it with pokemon that can be either gender XD
