After talking about a anime that was aired year back, Val and Tammy thought it would be fun to literally dress up in that anime school uniform and acting if they were characters in the anime, evening giving themselves names that suited for it where Val would be known as Sakura Valentine and Tamara would be called Tamyika Izanami.
But like the Anime, It seems Tamara is more the flirting type and start to tease Val
