Titan Comics has officially announced their series of comics of Dark Souls and i can finally share some of the covers i did for them. This one is for the issue #1. As a fan of any of the souls games its been great to be able to be a part of this project. More cover artwork to come in the future.
Unfortunatley though, im not credited anywhere....Some sites has mentioned my authorship over the 1st cover but my name doesnt show up anywhere on the cover itself... we will see how that ends up.
Titan Comics ha anunciado su serie de comics sobre el juego Dark Souls y por fin puedo compartir algunas de las portadas en las que he estado trabajando desde el año pasado.
Iré subiendo alguna más en el futuro. Esta corresponde al número uno en la serie.

This might be one of my all time favorite Dark Souls artworks.
Would love to get a print or high-res download of this, but as it's a commission for Titan Comics I imagine that won't happen

the cover looks amazing
my only problem is that it doesn´t seem to be a one to one copy of how some characters looked in the game. Gwyn´s eyes seem off as does Smoughs Mask
but those are small details that I can overlook.
I just hope that this comic is gonna be better then the absolute terrible Darkhorse comic that actually tried to insert feminism into Dark Souls, yeah you read that right, aside from having absolute terrible art and a bullshit story that neither made sense nor had much to do with the Dark Souls franchise.
But judging by the people that are working on the Titan Comic I´m actually very optimistic
