sorry for the late reply! I did a quick check and it seems that clip studio doesn't use mdiapp which means that the brushes are not transferable :/. I don't know much about clip studio but if it can use scripted brushes I could code a similar brush like this, but I did not find any information about scripting for clip studio. With good luck you should be able to create similar brushes inside the clip studio though, at least ps, krita, (and possible gimp) allow you to do that inside the program

I have it downloaded but the brush (In-program) Stops short and looks absolutely nothing like the preview ;-;

did you unpack the zip file? are you using the desktop version and did you import it as a script file or drag and drop? many times when people say the brush looks nothing like the picture they're imported it as an image brush

also instead of straight up dragging it from the "zip folder" you have to unpack it to some other folder for example by first dragging it to the desktop
