Lately I've been doodling a lot in between (and during) my classes on these neat little 4"x6" blank note cards, inspired by the work of Alphonse Mucha. I miss traditional inking. >< And I finally got around to bumming use of the school's scanners (cuz mine's still SOL) - soooo here they are!On the Top Left: My rendition of soon-to-be-mother Wanda Maximoff, aka Scarlet Witch © Marvel Comics
Top Right: Soon-to-be-father, Kurt Wagner, aka Nightcrawler © Marvel Comics
Bottom: Original concepts/characters © *No-Nami
Mechanical pencil + Pigma inking pens (except for bottom left, that's some random black marker) on 4"x6" generic blank notecards.

I should try doing some notecards; they would be an interesting thing to put in my porfolio. Soon-to-be-father? Nightcrawler is going to be a dad?? His card is also my favourite; I love how the bamf is surrounding him, it makes him look sexy!

They'd make for a good series, and easy to turn into a sequential art piece as well.
LOL he is indeed! Well, he /is/ a father canon-wise in AU - father to TJ Wagner, aka Nocturne. The mother is Scarlet Witch XD

I RP X-Men and he's gonna be a father on the site I RP on (I play Scarlet Witch). Though, he really is a father in the Marvel comics, though Marvel fails at exploring that aspect, sadly. =__=

That sounds interesting! You should do a fanfiction of sorts of your RP, I think it would make a very interesting read. Really? That is sad, I'd love it if they explored it more. I'm not really up to speed with the Marvel world (Born a generation too late XD) But I do have the 1985 4 pack of Nightcrawler comics which are really good. Can you recommend any X-Men comics?

Well, Ultimates is a current and pretty good series to read, and I'm currently reading House of M, which is a damn enthralling series with a lot of X-Men and Avengers in it.

Yep - in one of Marvel's many alternate reality/universe comics, they hook up and have a child named Talia Josephine Wagner, aka Nocturne. XD She's about as overpowered as her mother, man.

You know what. There needs to be a story line where someone mandates the extermination of all the children made between mutants. Because they are all just way too freakin powerful.

I'm not saying they should actually be killed. But somebody should at least TRY it. Also Cable's already been killed in Cable and Deadpool, but he "came back in the crossover". Everyone comes back eventually.
