Named after the associated deviation Posiden's fist of Sapphires, the hippocampi were the creatures that carried Posiden's carriage and were the mythical beasts resembling original "seahorses"Name also provided by:
Made with hand crafted 3/16" steel connecting rings to the colored anodized aluminum leaflets and hand polished stainless steel scales in black and silver.
The yellow scales are hand polished brass.
Adjustable, comfortable, leather cord included to tie up the forearm.
Adorned with swavorski crystals in all shades of the rainbow and a few additional shades to transition the colors.
One size fits most.

Free repairs for life, any missing chunks lost in occasions such as combat and cosplay may require a minimal material cost fee.

I rose through a fabricator that sells in bulk. If I had the tools or the time to make these I'd so try, but alas I order these. I make most of my links for chainmail though

Looks pretty sweet! Though I expected to find something brain-related, as hippocampus is also the name of a part of the human brain, mostly occupied by memory consolidation. It's shaped somewhat like a seahorse, hence the name.

I tied it super tight with like a paracord rope. other ones I notice, have a chainmaille band around the top so it can be latched above the elbow. there are a few different ways to get it so it can stay

I went to go see the new percy Jackson movie, and there was what I think was a hippocampus in it. It reminded me of when I saw this the other day and that I sooooo want cool gauntlets like these! The colors are so beautiful!

Yes, I do read thee comments. I always check so I can find out more about peoples' artwork like how they made something, the materials, the reason forΒ a particular element... There can be a whole story behind a piece and when people tell their stories it's good to listen.
