Not really. The only really manipulated aspect is the smoke at their feet which was added in Photoshop.

It's beautiful and haunting. The mist and the backdrop are nice touches to the photo because it looks like they're manifesting out of the fog. These probably make the best Halloween costumes ever if you figure out a way to rig a smoke machine inside and shoot smoke out of the bottom of the costume so it trails behind when they walk.
