I used the preset Oil Paint brush in Clip Studio Paint Pro!
It's called "Oil paint flat brush"! I messed with the settings a few times to achieve the look of the clouds so there isn't a specific setting that I used~~

Hmmm... I'm fairly certain it was the same brush that I used forΒ Abaddon. Β andΒ Oh, I wanted words but all I heard was nothing Β
but I'm less certain on the second one.
I use it a lot for sketching too bc it builds on tp of itself really nicely!
