This is actually a very accurate portrayal of me today. I cried in therapy session and couldn't seem to stop, and then I hated myself for being so weak.

It's that awful part when you realize your tears are falling, and you can't stop them after you've held them for so long. Then I'd realize how ridiculous I looked back then, regardless of what others saw of me.
