Zora Djevojka (Dawnmaiden) is a spirit from Croatian Tales from Long Ago collection of faerytales written by Ivana Brlic Mazuranic.

Dawnmaiden rises from the sea every morn with the firs rays of sun in her silver boat with golden paddles. And to the people that abide her for three days and three nights not fishing, she grants a single wish. But sometimes she gave you not what you want but what you need, and that is her greatest gift...
