Ahh, there's a grip next to the drum mag, but i couldn't recall whether it's a carrying handle or a grip if you hip-fire it. XD

Well in a little documentary about Rambo myths they also analysed the MG hip fire and a well trained strong soldier is able to fire very short burts this way in reality.

Just right before the Zombies devour their meals a wind-like cyclone rushes over them all...out of nowhere an Apache and some USMC Cobras fire at the zombies mowing them down...Marines storm the area killing the last of them and holding off whatever hordes that approach....The German Soldiers are taken from this Hell by a Mix of Marines, Army, and some other Nations to a Base of Operations to fight the Zombie Hordes >)
That was my short story of what happened after :3 XD

Haha I love it. Those two are f*cked 'though. I remember a very similar situation in Arma 2 using the Undead mod and the Bundeswehr mod. Surrounded at all points of the compass, me and my team emptied our weapons and then got brutaly murdered by the zombie hordes.
It's amazing how fast does ammo runs out in a situation like that.

No, sadly no. I don't have Arrowhead which I think is a must have to make it run. I only have standard Arma 2.
I was watching some videos in YouTube posted by a guy called Jeff playing DayZ. Definitively looks like a pretty dificult mod. But also very time consuming. BTW that guy is pretty hilarious. If you get the time you should check it out.
