THE WINNER HAS BEEN DECIDED

Guys honestly this was the hardest decision I've ever had to make so far in DotW. I absolutely loved EVERY character that was submitted. I know that sounds cliche but it's the god honest truth. I've gone over all of the apps over the span of 6+ hours, and it still pains me to pick a winner because so many of them came so close, but it must be done.

I was really taken by the amount of effort you put into her application and how passionate you are not only about Ava, but about Highvalley as a whole. I know that if I gave her to you will will no doubt dot on her. Thank you so much for entering! I can't wait to see how she develops.

Since Highvalley has been officially accepted, I'd like to offer the Wolvenking's daughter Ava for adoption!

Rules:

1. You must be a member of DotW.

2. You may add alterations to the design above! It doesn't have to be a carbon copy unless you want it to, although I would prefer the design above. If you're feeling brave you MAY design your own from scratch! However preference might be given to those who use the design provided above.

3. If you fall inactive with Ava within the first 3 months I will reclaim the design and reward the character to someone else. This is the only circumstance under which I will take the character back.

4. If you end up needing to retire Ava for any reason, please do not use this design outside of DotW.

5. You must have enough bones for a new character slot!

How to adopt:

1. Please familiarize yourself with Highvalley's culture and be sure to read over the apps of her family members as well!

2. Please write a full bio for your character like you normally would for a DotW character.

3. Draw the character in your style. Please DO NOT put Ava on a Highvalley application.

4. Comment below with a link to your application 00:00 BST on January 7th 2016 (Saturday) The winner will be announced by Jan 10th at the latest.

I will be judging the applications based on originality and how well your depiction of Ava will fit into the family,

how active you are within the community, and the effort put into the application.

ABOUT THE CHARACTER
Canon facts about the character you should take into consideration.

- Ava is the youngest of her littermates. She does however have a younger sister Nike who was the only survivor of her litter born earlier in the fall.
- Ava's mother died while giving birth to Nike. So the feeling of loss should still be quite fresh.
- Ava's mother Fia was a very kind and gentle wolf who loved her children. It should be obvious to Ava that she loved them dearly.
- Rodwen is very tough on his kids, Ava included. He loves his children but he expects greatness from them.
- You can change her name if you would like!

CHARACTER IDEAS
These are just a few ideas I had about the character. Whether you decide to go with these or not WILL NOT influence my decision on picking your application. These are just for fun.

- I always envisioned Klaus was closest with Ava out of all his siblings. They possibly both shared an adventurous nature and loved to go out exploring!
- I can see Ava fashioning a small bundle of white flowers behind both her ears (as seen in the picture above).
