「へぇ、そう言うこと？」I love exaggeratin hair movements
Yay! sketchy animation!/// OTL
It's been a while since I've done an animation for myself 8D It feels good to take a break from commissions and draw what I want QuQ
It's also been awhile since I've animated more than one person in an image, so this was fun trying to figure out the right timing for each character to move OTL
I already know a lot of parts that still need more work, but crits are welcome;;;;
Also, you can expect another animation YCH soon♥ (since I'm so broke poor//shotdead)
I hope enjoy this as much as I enjoyed making it 8DDD

Haha. It's not really something I can explain with words but unfortunately, I don't have the time at the moment to make a tutorial on it. When I have the time, i'll make sure to do a tutorial on it.
In the meanwhile, experiment! I learned to animate hair by trial and error. I like to imagine hair moves similar to waves in the ocean, or a flag flowing in gentle breeze. I love making hair move fluidly like that.

I love everything that´s very expressive to be honest, when I was a kid were scenes like this that kinda made the animation more entusiastic to me

what exactly do you do that your animation thumbnails on your profile and in your gallery look so crispy and smooth? mine look a bit pixelated and I don't know how to change that:/ ( btw. cute animation and love your deviantarts ^^)

I don't really do anything special. It might just be the program you're using? I use clip studio and when I'm saving the gif, it lets me choose what size I want to save it, and that's pretty much all I do for previews. Nothing special OTL

this animation is really good. I imagine with the right story and set up you could make a mini series if you wanted to. Though that be time consuming id imagine.

I made my first gif with 8 frames a few weeks back so I know animation is brutal lol. I think it looks beautiful as a sketchy style. I really enjoy the background you made for this. The movement is a little choppy and the guy's nose got bigger towards along with white patches near his fingers on his pants. What I did to keep consistency is to copy and paste the body part that's going to move and position it where it'll end up and use that as a size reference. I do a lot of onion skin mode to see how my sketches will move. It looks professional for someone who is still getting into animation

I don't usually make a lot of comments, but I just had to stop here and say how this and your other work is good stuff. Sketchy? Ehh - it's at least as good as any T.V. anime. And the movement - you got it just right.

This is lovely. The movements are fluid, and you captured the scene really well with the way they move and their expressions. I love the boy's reaction most of all. The way he jumps back is done very smoothly. Great job!
