Peeling back the layers to reveal what lays beneath.
Unable to see the undistorted truth no matter how deep.
Only to be detected at a surface level, but I still dig to find the meaning of it all.
In hopes that in seeing the paths before it will help me find a new path forward without the same pitfalls where I've become stuck.
Living so much in processing emotional observation I must try to not let it get in the way of processing opprotunity.
Missed or not, destined to come again, I must overcome trauma to truly embrace them.
Dig to reconnect with the self of which hurt and fear has kept me from accepting.
Trust in my path and my strength.
I have the power to overcome.
All I need is more time, perspective, and love.
