Description
Another Black forest cake.It is layered with chocolate sponge, chocolate mousse and cream, as well as cherries and cherry jelly. The cake is then garnished with chocolate ganache and strawberries.
I think the drizzling effect on this one worked better than my other cake, but the overall presentation of the other one was better.
