Nice, nice. Looks a helluvalot like an Anima Sola type of depiction. That, and... Alien. Haha. 'Tis good, though.
With some of the more mangled-/deformed-looking stuff like this, though, I think you should place some more emphasis on some of the outlines. Like, for example... maybe make the outlines for the bandage things a bit bolder? Otherwise, everything meshes together and it can be a bit confusing to the eyes. o.O;

Anima Sola tattoos are actually a huge influence for me, along with Giger, so you hit the nail on the head.
