The lines and spirals suggesting a kind of web, or forcefield, or mystic power. Like they are holding her captured.
But maybe its the other way around, she is a powerfull being, emanating her powers.
This could be a illustration in a comic about superheroes. Would like to see a coloured version of this drawing...
