My youngest brother asked me what the dream catcher does. Learning about the legend behind it, I was inspired to do this one-shot comic."The Spiderwoman , known as Asibikaashi, takes care of her children and people of the land. Dream catchers were weaved by mothers and grandmothers , using it as a charm so that Asibikaashi may reach all her children, protecting them from nightmares. Bad dreams would be caught in the net, disappearing with the light if day." According to the Ojibwa people.
