This guy always creeped the hell out of me when I was a kid. I was like Is he fish is he man, why he eat things so?! Then again, I was a kid watching the x-files, I always had randomass questions like that. Best fan art ever lol
and... I have a suggestion
There is this creepy ass kid (might be from the same season) I want to say the episode is named Caligari or Calusari... I can't remember... but the plot is this creepy little kid and all this bad shit happens around him... because he never had some 'separation' rite done when he and his twin were born... and his twin died at birth.
Anyway, I always liked that episode because it was crazy awesome... hell lots of episodes are like that.
But that's my suggestion because I don't see "kids" from you too often
