You need to make both hands the same size, the hanging left arm is smaller than the right.
Your stretched leg being longer than the bent, you should project it from the back slightly.
The hand needs to cast a shadow on the clothes and if the lighting is from the left, your hanging arm should have a shadow cast on it's right rather than it's left, and you torso part of the clothes needs a bit more of the darker tone.
I think giving the hair and clothes more glow would compliment the glow you created on the skin.
All in all it's very cute and well done. I love the skin tones and hair, you need to exaggerate the feet and hands less. (I know it's a chibi but still)

I can on see where to improve on stuff
I spelt some stuff wrong since it kept giving me an error when I went 100 words over or under.

The hand looks good, the leg wasn't too much of an issue, I was being picky with it.
