{Description}
Deputy life: InfernoSky is tightly wound, usually absorbing her time taking care of the clan, organizing patrols and making sure everything is under control, and less time making friends. She doesn't laugh easily. She wants to try to form a relationship, but she feels she may loose some of her respect. Her strongest battle muscles are in her shoulders, making her look a little unusually bulky for a she-cat. She's strong, and an unforgiving fighter. At one point she was left to lead her clan, as Dapplestar had mysteriously disappeared, stolen by the evil cat Eternalstar. Inferno had fought bravely for the return of important cats in power he had subdued. Soon, he gave Dapple back after a load of torture, and Infernosky remained deputy until the day she disappeared.
Loner life:While charting unexplored tunnel paths in search for more prey, she encountered a group of loners in one of the far corners of the tunnels, one of them being Hickory. She confronted them, but they used the tunnel as a weapon against her and caused a mini-collapse, fracturing her back foot, making her helpless. A stone had hit her head and blacked her out, thus, when she awoke, the loners had taken her captive, in hopes of using her to bargain with the clan cats for food benefits.
They had dragged her to an old twoleg nest within a town. Unable to escape because of her leg, she was forced to stay, her leg unhealing. A week passed and a twoleg came by with a crate, releasing a crowd of plump mice into the barn. Inferno was suspicious of this--the mice smelled weird, but the loners were starving and couldnt restrain themselves. They caught, ate, and gave one to Inferno. Unable to resist her rumbling stomach, she bit into the odorous mouse. All the cats grew dizzy--the mice were medicated with sedatives! Passed out again, the twolegs collected the stray cats and were taken to the vet for repair. They fixed Infernos leg, and when she woke up the second time, she was penned in a cramped cage (the pound), cleaned and healed. But now she was more lost than ever.
Determined to get back to her clan, she studied the humans methods of opening and closing the cages. Attempting to mimic the mysterious clawlike object that was turned in the hole in the door (keys), she twisted her claw in the lock and freed herself, along with Hickory and as many unfortunate captives as she could. Evading the twolegs grabby hand she successfully escaped the indoors. Now out and in the center of the twoleg city, she wound through the streets, talking to every helpful cat she could to find her way out of the maze of civilization and back into the wild. She even happened upon her father, who had the same red coat. He was still dirty and unrepentant in his ways, and Inferno gave him a mark across the face he wouldn't forget. She wouldnt have made it without the help of new companions, Hickory, Russel and Jitter, who followed her back to live with the clans.
{History}
Flicker and Inferno History: History: Daughter and son of an alley-cat female and a Skyclan rouge tom who had been spreading his genes among the she-cats in the city. When Inferno was just a kit, her weak mother had spent all her time trying to find food to feed two cats, since the Skyclan rouge abandoned them after her mother became pregnant. But when Inferno was nearly 6 moons, she became the protector of her mother. Every day the cats in the streets became more and more hungry--her mother even agreed to have kits with another male in exchange for food. Inferno was left to take care of a sickly and elderly weak mother, and a new half-brother Flicker, still nursing. When Inferno was out fighting other cats for food, she returned horror-struck that her mother had been killed, torn to shreds as the other alley-cats tried her as food. Enraged, Inferno attacked the group (now nearly 8 moons) and managed to kill one, sending the others away with scars. She was glad to find that her mother had hidden Flicker away before the event took place. She grabbed the little kit and made a run for it, before any other alley-cats returned for vengeance. She made it far away from that bloody city, and deep into the wilderness forests. There among pine trees, she came across a Shadowclan she-cat, Twistedivy, whom she gave Flicker in hopes that he would have a better chance at survival with them than with her. After struggling further in the never-ending wild, her wounds only becoming more infected, a couple days later, she came across an open field-land, where she met Windclan cats,Twighlightsky and Swallowsong, who offered her protection, healing, and food. There she decided to stay, eventually serving as Windclans deputy. But she never knew her brother Flicker had been living just hours away in Shadowclan, thus she never reunited with him before his death. Now, she has a family-by-marriage in Shadowclan, Whitesplash and her kits, whom know nothing about their relations to Infernosky.
