Frollo is still the most vile Disney villains. Maybe not my favorite---that goes to somebody more "affably evil" like Hades or... Hades.Jammed this out earlier after Jonathan Young's cover of Hellfire came up on Spotify.
Also, I realize that he's not in his full "judgey" garb in this scene, but gimme some room for artistic liberties. ;D
