What draws me to this one is not the form but rather what she does with it; her commitment to using that form to receive from below --through her hands, and also from above with her feet --like an antennae. It's breathtaking!Β

This is a stunning shot, combining two passions into a beautiful masterpiece.
Graceful... that's the only way to describe it. Her face, you can tell, holds a deep concentration, with the very very slight furrow of her eyebrows... but also a sort of calmness, either masking the concentration, or truly showing how at peace she is with the sport she loves.
Your coloring and design is amazing. All the colors work well together, without blending in to much or making it seem to washed out. In fact, the deep red scheme of the bottom seems to represent the hard labor and work that a ballerina goes through to get to the point of grace and perfection. The fade-into-blue near the top is a nice, soft contrast.
Also, the way her leg is leaned off- symmetry lets you focus a bit more on the sky surrounding, and the gives the entire picture a better sense of balance.
