NEW STABLE MAP FOR MY NEW STABLE GROUP
I drew this one entirely by myself this time! I'm very happy with it cx
IMPORTANT INFO
Owner's House: The Abernathy family house. Owner's Molly and Francis live here with their three children, Enna (22) , Elise (17), and Jack (11). The house itself is a 5 bed/3 bath two story home with a basement and an attached two car garage.
Guest & Staff House: This is a smaller house for the guests and staff. It is a 4 bed/2 1/2 bath two story home. The bedrooms are all upstairs and the downstairs is the kitchen with a lounge and reception/office area.
Main Barn: The main barn consists of 30 stalls. On the right and left, 11 (12' x 14') stalls. On the horizontal, 8 (16' x 16') stalls for pregnant or nursing mares. There are 2 showers and tack rooms, one of each located at the top corners.
Indoor Arena 1: The larger of the two indoor arenas, it also contains 10 (12' x 14') stalls, a tack room at one end and a shower at the other.
Indoor Arena 2: Slightly smaller than the first, this arena also contains 8 (12' x 14') stalls and is attached to the Small Barn.
Small Barn: The smaller barn, which is attached to the second indoor arena contains 20 (12' x 14') stalls, along with a tack room and shower at one the farthest end.

I just sketched mine out first, like a basic idea of what I had in mind. What really helped was looking up some other stable maps as inspiration c: You could even use mine as inspiration if you wanted! I mean, not straight copying, but you can totally have some influence from it!

I've only ever draw 1 map and that was the ocean with a bunch of tiny islands

Well really I think it has to do with preference and what you believe to be aesthetically pleasing o: For me, it was LOTS of paddock space, multiple barns, and a colonial styled family house. I actually struggled with a lot with placement for a while, but I wanted to incorporate the roundabout somehow and this is the best way that I could think to do it. I looked at a lot of other people's stable maps and basically picked and chose out little pieces from each that I liked and put it all together to make this x'D
