The colors and lighting give it a moody atmosphere and the rough line work on the house gives it that look of being just slightly "off" that really does make it feel like it could be haunted.

I like how of being full of ghosts, it looks like that house itself was a ghost. I mean, the the shading and the fading at the bottom is what sells that to me.

I like how it's sketchy and complete at the same time. I'm always afraid of overdoing my own work. Use of different brushes also works really well! The next and finishing step would maybe be adding just a few very thin lines to represent smaller branches seen against the sky somewhere..
