*Cling!* *Cling!* *Clunk!* *CLUNK*

The little bat bird gave a cute little curp and tilted it's head as it watched the metal be hammered into place. The Minifigure had shut the garage door and turned a light to help focus better, and the little creature had insisted on watching so she let him stay. Also helped with company.

The he minifigure put down the hammer and held up the metal piece she carefully crafted. She had also put in gloves for safety.

"There!" She said happily, "That should be the perfect fit!" She then proceeded to put it onto her project that now was looking more and more like the blueprints. The little bat bird chirped and hoped closer to watch how she did it. The minifig noticed and smiled. After the metal was in place she pulled the blueprints out again and showed them to the creature. The little bat bird looked carefully at the paper as the minifig talked.

"See? I had to make custom plates based on this design! When it's all done it should walk, pounce and interact with its seroundings!"

The creature looked up and chirped. The minifig continued. "The original inventor designed this as a toy for his son. After the inventor passed I was able to look at some of his old servicing blueprints and thought it would be neat to try to rereate it. Although...." The minifig looked closer at the prints. "While I was full aware he was talented with state-of-the-art A.I. I didn't really expect for this cat toy to be as high tech as his... other inventions...."

The he minifigure looked up at the soon to be robot. She put her hand on her mouth as she pondered out loud. "Hummm, I've got the exoskeleton and all the gears in place, and most of the wireing. Now let's see... I need to install and program the chips n what not...."

She he put the blue prints down and began looking for various parts. "Let's see... where did I? ... No that's not it, that's not it either...."

The creature tilted it's head and watched for several minutes as the minifig searched through her "organized chaos". It then hopped over to the blue prints and carefully examined them. It gave a pondering look before its eyes light up with a sparkle. It then hopped over to the corner of the table and carefully sifted through a pile that the minifig almost forgot about. It gently grabbed a green computer chip and hopped back to where it was. The little creature flapped it's wings and gave a gentle muffled churp. This cought the minifig's attention as she looked over to see the bat bird holding the needed item in its mouth.

"OH!" She blurted out slightly surprised. "You're a smart little fella aren't you?"

The creature smiled and gave a cute nod and churp. The minifig kinda stood blank for a few seconds processing the idea the creature not only understoodwhat was going on but also read the blueprints. She then gave a happy smile.

"Well, let's finish this project shall we?"

The creature happily smiled back as they worked on the robotic cat together.

Part 2 of the 3 part story of Chuck and MO. I really love Chuck and enjoy writing about him. Also helpful inventor's companion. XD
