Description
In the heart of a small suburb, the sounds of various clinking and crashing of metal can be heard from an open garrage door.

"No... no... no... AHHHH!" A human sized minifig face desks on her work surface. Around her is a seemingly unorganized mass of various tools equipment and copper like metal, as well as various wires and other technical things.

She moves her head so her abnormally large eyes can see the project she's working on yet her mouth is still pressed down against the wood.

"This is gunna be harder than I initially thought..." she said, her voice muffled by the garage table.

After a few moments of starring at her work with tired eyes she finally raises up and wrings her forehead. She pushes her golden brown hair away from her face as she scans the area.

"I know he was a technical genius, but I didn't think this would be THAT technical" she exclaimed as she reached over for a sheat of blueprints and held it close to her face. The blueprints appeared to be for a seemingly simple robotic toy cat. Yet upon attempting to reconstruct it the minifig soon realized just how complex and high tech the previous inventor's creation was. "Just what kind of things did you make?!"

As as she was absorbed by the blueprints the minifig was unaware of the shadow that quickly zipped by outside. However repeatedly passing by it finally got her attention after casting a quick shadow on the blueprints she was analyzing. She raised her head and looked out the garage door.

It was a beautiful sunny day, though no one was outside except for her and a zipping bird performing various stunts mid air. Amazed, the minifig stopped and admired the performance. She watched as the creature did various flips and dynamic turns, all the while seeming to focas on speed as well as agility. After admiring the talent she squinted trying to figure out just what kind of bird it was, as she had never seen anything behave quite like this before, (outside of a rainbow maned pegasus that is).

She looked for several minutes as the creature was too fast to really focus on at first. Though after a while she was able to pick out the details. Dark grey, green stripes and big blue bug eyes, at least do it seemed. She then noticed the large ears and muzzle, and thus concluded to herself, it must be a fruit bat. But then looking again she saw the wings were feathered like a bird. She squinted in confusion, "Is that a... bat... bird?"

She he stared for a few more seconds before shrugging and continuing on with her project. She could figure out what the creature was with a quick internet earth later. For now she wanted to try and finish what she started.

The minifig continued her tinkering, screwing in a part here, hammering a pice of metal into shape over there, connecting various wires there.... As she was moving on to put in some important gears she realized the sound of the fast "swoosh" as well as occasional shadow of the creature zipping by had stopped. She looked over her shoulder and noticed it had just landed on a wire and was looking at her. It apparently taken notice of her during its flight. As the both stared at each other the little black and green creature took its wing then flipped it's "blue bug eyes" to its forehead, revealing big wide curious golden eyes. The minifig stared in bamboozlement.

"Whyz dat bat birb wearing goggles?"

The creature leaned forward stareing at her intensely. It then left it's perch on the wire and flew in close. The minifig stood in amazement for she was able to get a very close look at the adorable "bat bird" as it flew a few curcles around her. The creature was also able to get a good look at what she was doing, and let out a smile. It was very interested in what she was working on....

Hello! This is my part 1 entry for the Torimori draw to adopt, aka Chuck! You can see him here:

I REALLY love this particular Tori. Mostly for his personality. He's kind-hearted, helpful, friendly, likes speed, though also loves technology. MO's an inventer so I thought of this story of where they meet. MO could use a little helper too. XD

He fits MO perfectly.
