Description
The innermost system of the Lantern Star harbors a single clan of infamous obsession. These wrights of singularities are said to bend reality to their will, siphoning off the might of the living sun to create the treasured artifacts that drove the starfaring vessels of old. Celestial forges such as theirs once drove the civilization of the empire, but for the long millennia of the Eon Dream, the forge and its clan were as silent as the Lantern Star itself.
No one dared approach the forge during this silence. While many may shun the wright clan's obsession and alien customs, none would question the power they wield. And none wanted to question what might have become of those most fanatical of followers when their god had fallen silent.
Now, with the passing of the Eon Dream, the Houses of Tawhandoa seek to fare among the stars again. To do so, they will require power, the kind of which is only provided by the singularity engines of the forge. Whatever became of the clan of wrights, they must hope at least some remnants of its legacy remains.
