I have wanted to make a landscape for a while now, but every time I tried, I didn't like what I did. Recently I've learned several new techniques, and though this may not be perfect, I like how it turned out.

This piece did take me a while. But I worked on it off and on between other pieces. Lately I've been working on artwork more than writing, so I'vet gotten more done. But I'm starting to get my writing muse back. Recently when I didn't make it during a book competition I got a little down and had to put it away for about a month. Anyway, I don't know why I said all that, but I've been wanting to do a landscape for some time. I think I'm going to do one for every season because I really, really enjoyed it!!!

It took me about a week working on it a little at a time. Thank you for your wonderful comments. I had been wanting to do a landscape for a long time. I like doing them with my quilts, too. I'm going to eventually do one for every season. And you can do a landscape if you put your mind to it!
