Thank you for the compliment...Hopper is one of my primary inspirations. It's funny, though; he didn't paint all that many night scenes, but they stand out because the are unusual. Of course, I appreciate his eye for the mundane, whether during the night or the day.

i used to wander around the city at night a lot. nobody ever paints that city, it's an open secret, its there every night but nobody sees it.
