Oh my gosh, the crap people comment on this piece.
I personally love it. There is theme and point to this image, even a setting. How one chooses to alter or enhance their natural beauty is up to them. There is a bunch of crap floating on DA with women who post images with fake tits. This isn't even comparable.
I think the posing and the lightning is great. The shoes on side are a great touch as well.

It's tricky though - if my girlfriend (God forbid) got breast cancer, needed a mastectomy, and wanted an implant then there's no way I'd be saying "eww, implants, ugh, get away from me". I challenge you not to be touched by this: [link] .
However, I don't really want to separate breast augmentation into "good" vs "bad" uses, or fault what other people choose to do with their bodies, that's up to them. There are enough problems with people telling women what to do, and that "good vs bad" thing is often abused - for instance, that proportion of anti-choice campaigners who are against abortion except in cases of rape. That's ridiculous to me; either you're in favour of women deciding for themselves or you're not, and making women jump through hoops to prove they're 'good girls' is a kind of societal pressure I'm firmly against (as much as I don't like the commercial pressures on women than contribute to negative feelings about themselves in a broader sense).

I wasn't having a go at you, so I'm not sure why you're responding like that to me. A lot of the people who do want to tell women what to do are women too.
You asked me a question - "I just don't get it...do people actually find implants attractive?" - which I couldn't answer in a simple way. I know it was somewhat rhetorical, but I couldn't either agree or disagree 100% with your implication that it's infathomable. Some cosmetic surgery can certainly be very conspicuous, but that's how some people want it and some people didn't have a choice. Some of those people might be reading what we write, and feel a lot more insulted than you do right now.
