Right... When I saw this it really felt like you had one of those "skill level-ups". It seems almost all artists have these strangely large jumps in skills now and then, and this portrait represent one of those jumps in my opinion.

I think you have gotten to a really good place both with your skin tones and also with anatomy. In addition it seems you have tapped into that truly difficult and elusive thing called "believable and realistic expression".

The hair, a frequent cause of cries and despair for an artist, is also well done. It has some slight oddities, like the waviness of the fringes and the very upturned ends, but generally it is very well done.

There is only one thing I really would point out actually and that is the eyes. The Irises are very well done. They have a nice translucent quality and a bright attractive colour, without being so bright it looks unnatural. The shape is also very good and you have placed the highlights well. But the one drawback is that the whites of the eye is too blue and also very flat looking. It would be easily fixed however by introducing a bit of white in the centre areas around the iris and a hint of pink in the corners of the eyes.

Very good! I can see that you have improve quit a bit.
I really like the details in the hair, eyes, lips and nose. The skin is nice and the overall colors are good.

My only suggestions would be to smooth out some of the areas in the shoulders and add more shading so that it doesnt look flat. To make it more easier for you , i suggest you use the eyedropper tool and pick up the colors that are around her eyes and use those colors to shade in the darker areas of the subjects arms to get a more depth to that area.
